This young woman, nulliparons, desired breast enlargement. The post-op result was achieved by placing 350cc smooth high profile implants in a submuscular pocket. Note that the asymmetries present pre-operative are also present after surgery, as these cannot be corrected. The breast enhancement has resulted in a natural non-plastic look.
