Case 1: Rhinoplasty

This young woman desired refinement of her nose.

Post-Op: Dorsal profile is aesthetically pleasing with a double point on her nasal tip ( a desired trait ) to improve her cosmetic result.

Her tip now is much more refined and has a triangular shape (before it was quadrangular and bulbous).

 

 

Case 2: Rhinoplasty

26 year old presenting with a crooked nose, a dorsal hump, a bifid tip and a downward rotation of the tip desiring rhinoplasty.

Post-op: Her tip has been rotated superiorly and further refined.  A cartilage graft was used to improve the columella and her dorsal hump has been removed thereby  improving her profile.

Her bifidity of her nose has been corrected, her tip has rotated upwards and is more refined.

Case 3: Rhinoplasty

This young woman desiring rhinoplasty disliked her nose for being too large and too wide.

Post-Op: Narrowing of the nose and tip has been accomplished.

Following Rhinoplasty, a more aesthetically pleasing dorsal and tip profile line has been achieved.

Case 4: Full Tummy Tuck

This patient in her mid-forties has weakening of her abdominal muscles as well as protuberant and loose skin and fat especially below her belly button.

Views show a flat tummy and a nicely shaped body contour with a newly fashioned belly button.  The stretch marks that were above the belly button are now below while all the stretch marks that were below the belly button have now disappeared.  Her scars are short and are not visible on the lateral view despite the fact that this is a classical tummy tuck.  Post-op photos were taken at 2 months.

Case 5: Tummy Tuck with Liposuction

This 30 year old woman desired to improve her trunk contour following pregnancy.

The Tummy Tuck and the UAL (Ultrasound Liposuction) were performed in different stages.

Her trunk has achieved beautiful shape.

Note the etching in the midline above the belly button.  Also her scars shorter and do not extend as much laterally.

The contouring of her abdomen is mainly the result of the muscle tightening from the tummy tuck.

 

Case 6: Mini Tuck

This 26 year old presented with flaccidity and protuberance of her abdomen following pregnancy.

Following a mini-abdominoplasty, a much improved contour can be observed on the front view.  One can note the shortened scar as it looks in the earliest post surgery period.  In 1 year the scar will improve and be less conspicuous.

Case 7: Tummy Tuck and Liposuction

This 37 year old woman desired body contouring of her abdomen, hips and thighs

A Tummy Tuck was performed first followed by Ultrasonic-assisted liposuction.

Note that her tummy tuck scar is smaller than normal. UAL (Ultrasound Liposuction) was carried out in a second stage of her trunk, hips and flanks.

Views show a very shaped body.

Case 8: Lower Facelift

This 55 year old presents with aging face.  She has sagging of her neck and jowl areas which results in a hidden jawline.

The jowl and neck areas have dramatically improved with a facelift associated with muscle tightening procedures (platysmaplasty and SMAS).  Photos are at 6 weeks post-op so that one can see the scars which will fade away in 1 year.

Case 9: Midface Lift

This patient in her mid-forties desires a more youthful look.  She has excessive skin and fat of her eyelids and sagginess of her cheeks.

She underwent a midface endoscopic facelift with bilateral lower transconjuncional blepharoplasties.  Fat graphs were placed in her midface.  Six weeks post-op, she also had a full face chemical peel to rejuvinate her skin.  Improvement of her neck contour resulted from external ultrasound assisted liposuction performed at the time of her midface lift.

Case 10: Breast Lift

29 year old presenting with significant breast sagging following multiple pregnancies.

Post-op, the breasts have been shaped and lifted resulting in a nice body contour.  The breast lift was performed via a limited short scar approach using a vertical incision  ( also called the lollipop ).  There are no transverse scars but only the vertical one, which is seen at 6 weeks following surgery.  At one year, these scars fade and become inconspicuous.

Case 11: Breast Augmentation with Lift

This 20 year old woman presents with sagginess of her breast following multiple pregnancies.

Postoperative photos show significant improvement of her breast shape which was achieved by breast augmentation using  300cc saline implants bilaterally placed in a submuscular pocket and a breast lift performed with a short scar approach ( = the scars are only around the nipple/areola).

Case 12: Breast Augmentation/Lift

This 36 year old presents with sagging, loss of fullness of her breast, and flatness of her upper pole after pregnancy.

Post-operative photos show correction of her problem by reshaping and enhancing her breast.  A natural breast profile is obtained.  A breast lift and augmentation of the breast were performed via a small short circumareolar approach ( the only scar is around the nipple/areola).  The scars are seen at 3 months post-op.

Case 13: Breast Augmentation

38 year old desiring breast enhancement.  Both breasts demonstrate some asymmetry and sagginess.

Post-operative this patient achieved a natural look with correction of her asymmetry and flatness of her upper pole.  The lateral view shows a desirable contour of the enhanced breast compared to the pre-op sagging and descending straight line profile.  A 300cc implant was used  bilaterally and placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframmamary incision ( results in a 1 inch scar underneath the breast ).

Case 14: Breast Augmentation

This 39 year old presenting with involution changes following multiple pregnancies.  Both breasts have lost volume and appear flat and sagging.

Following augmentation with 300cc, the breasts are natural looking and the sagginess has been corrected.  The incisions, which are generally invisible, are located in the inframmamary  folds and cannot be seen.  On the lateral view, the nipple/areola is lifted to a higher and more pleasing position.

Case 15: Breast Augmentation

This 38 year old patient desired larger breasts.

The post-op result was obtained by placing a 320cc textured implant in a submuscular pocket of her right breast and a 315cc textured implant in a submuscular pocket of her left breast via a periareolar incision ( around the nipple/areola scar, which is barely visible). The enhanced breast present a natural look and profile. Post-op photos were taken at 1 year.

Case 16: Breast Augmentation

This young woman, nulliparons, desired breast enlargement.

The post-op result was achieved by placing 350cc smooth high profile implants in a submuscular pocket. Note that the asymmetries present pre-operative are also present after surgery, as these cannot be corrected. The breast enhancement has resulted in a natural non-plastic look.
