Case 11: Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 20 year old woman presents with sagginess of her breast following multiple pregnancies.
Postoperative photos show significant improvement of her breast shape which was achieved by breast augmentation using 300cc saline implants bilaterally placed in a submuscular pocket and a breast lift performed with a short scar approach ( = the scars are only around the nipple/areola).

Case 16: Breast Augmentation
This young woman, nulliparons, desired breast enlargement.
The post-op result was achieved by placing 350cc smooth high profile implants in a submuscular pocket. Note that the asymmetries present pre-operative are also present after surgery, as these cannot be corrected. The breast enhancement has resulted in a natural non-plastic look.
